Each Vitamist® oral spray bottle contains 100 sprays, with 1 spray equal to 1 serving. When used as directed (1 serving per day), a bottle will last for approximately 100 days. Some products may recommend multiple sprays per day, so the duration may vary based on individual usage.

How quickly can I feel the effects?

While individual experiences may vary, many users report noticing a difference within a few days to weeks of consistent use. We recommend regular use for at least 30 days for best results.

What is your return policy?
